Park Hotel - Free Parking - - Cochem

The hotel had friendly and attentive staff, a tidy design, and offered a large breakfast. Its location right next to the town center and the beautiful Mosel Valley was perfect.

The hotel and location is superb.Please take my advice and pay the extra monet and stay in a larger room with the view of the castle and the river.It is an extra small amount of money for such a beautiful room and setting

Minor complaint as in most accom in europe a fridge an the room would have been good

The hotel was clean and tidy and provided a good breakfast; however, it lacked character and facilities - no bar, the restaurant was closed, no tea coffee facilities in the room (or hotel) and no hair dryer. Overall the hotel offered reasonable value for money but its not one we would go back to

The food was excellent, worthy of a 'MasterChef' entry. Distinctly 'Mediteranian' with a unique twist. Not the traditional German fare. Paid for a larger room, excellent view of Castle and River. Room and Bathroom excellent except for minor quibbles.

8. Dec. 2012. Arrived on a Monday, late afternoon, driving from England, and the Restaurant was closed I.E. 'Ruhetag'. Coffe and consumables in the room not sufficient and not replenished automatically. Towels not replaced reliably. No drawer space for clothes etc. Occasional smell of dirty water from shower cubicle. Most of the above may be due to this being an off-season visit.

Our party of 6 motorcyclists found the Parkhotel gave everthing we could ask for when we stayed in Cochem,we found the outside patio area a joy for eating and relaxing after a good days riding,the staff were very courteous and friendy and the beer tasted good too. We would book here again definitely

The rooms were a decent size

The staff were attentive and very helpful. the location is peaceful. - There is a very nice restaurant nearby. - the hotel is located within a 15-minute walk from the bus station.

It was outside of the main tourist hubbub of Cochem, with views across the river to vineyards and the hilltop castle, yet was little more than a 10 minute riverside walk into Cochem, to access all its cafes, restuarants, boat trips and facilities.

Pretty friendly and amiable staff throughout. Good-sized rooms with a view, free Wi-Fi. Easy check-in, parking onsite.

Well positioned to visit the town of Cochem. Good car parking facilities. Good Italian chef, but the Tiramisu was NOT home-made!

No table in bedroom and no work area in the hotel, i.e. no lounge. Beds uncomfortable.

The value for money at Parkhotel was great, especially considering the spacious and spotlessly clean room with a beautiful view of the river. The location was convenient, just a short walk or drive into town, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Excellent location close to Cochem old town, hotel with good car park, excellent food and very helpful and friendly staff. Will use this hotel again in the future.

Great Hotel on the prom by the side of the Mosell river. Great rooms with very modern bathrooms. Easy walk into Cochem, you must go visit the Castle .
